Bright, coastal-chic décor and brand-new furnishings welcome you into the spacious townhome. Downstairs features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, screened lanai, and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and en-suite bath, while the guest bedroom features a queen bed and its own screened lanai overlooking the pool. Both bathrooms are newly renovated with shower/tub combinations.

Ready for adventure? Tee off at nearby golf courses, cast a line, set sail, take a dolphin cruise, or hop on a bike to explore Sanibel’s 23 miles of scenic paths.

Please note: Seashells of Sanibel does not have elevators. All units are accessible by stairs only, so plan accordingly for luggage and mobility needs.
