Sun of a Beach

Sun of a Beach is a lovely home located in the Gulf Shores subdivision, 4 blocks from the beach. This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that accommodates 12 guests. Your furry friends are welcome in this pet-friendly place with a $200 pet fee charged separately from the rental fees. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living spaces are inviting and spacious. The fully stocked kitchen has everything that you need to make meals for your family. With the openness of this area, you will never miss out on any of the family activities going on. This home has smart TVs in all the bedrooms and the living room. To connect to the home's WIFI, you will enter the password and login information provided near the TV to stream your favorite movies or shows. All the bedrooms are secluded behind a beautiful barn door providing a quiet barrier between the bedrooms and the living area! The primary bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. The youngsters will love the bunkroom! Here you will find two sets of triple-stacked twin bunks. There is also a guest bathroom with a shower-tub combo. Should you need more than sleeping space for 10, the living room sofa makes into a queen-size sleeper to accommodate 2 more guests. Downstairs, you will find a nice covered area to gather around the picnic table while the "Grill Master" prepares something on the charcoal grill. There is even a Fish cleaning station complete with a sink for that "Catch of the day!" When the waves and sand call out, you are just a few steps away, or a quick vehicle or golf cart ride away from the shore. After a fun-filled day on the beach, you can rinse away everything but your memories in the enclosed outdoor shower. Sun of a Beach is a perfect vacation spot or weekend getaway any time of the year!
Even when provided, internet access, and TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We cannot Offer Refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable)
2 laundry tabs (if applicable)
1 small bottle of dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar of hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest

All our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not Galveston.
