Pool & Spa Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

BBQ:

• There is a BBQ at this property. The additional charge to use the BBQ is $200.00 plus tax. The barbeque comes with 2 propane tanks
• The BBQ is locked and we will provide you with the combination should you want to use the BBQ

Access to Windsor Island Resort:

• All guests have to be on the registration form, or they will not be allowed in the resort.
• ALL guests over the age of 18, must provide identification (license, passport, school id, etc).
• No stays over 30 nights allowed per HOA

Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars (including visitors)

Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you
