Pool & Spa Charges and Information:

• There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day, plus tax, to heat the pool/spa
• The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on

Access to Windsor Island Resort:

• All guests have to be on the registration form, or they will not be allowed in the resort.
• All guests over the age of 18 must provide identification (license, passport, school ID, etc)
• No stays over 30 nights allowed per HOA

Resort Parking Rules:

• The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars (including visitors)
• Please pick up the parking rules at the guard gate. Parking/car limit is strictly enforced.
• Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street, or the resort will fine you
• The 3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway, not to block the sidewalk
