The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a large wall-mounted TV with streaming apps, a queen sleeper sofa, and two cozy swivel chairs. Board games are available in the entertainment center beneath the TV, perfect for a relaxed night in.

The open kitchen is fully stocked and includes a central island, bar seating for four, and ample storage—ideal for meal prep and entertaining. From both the kitchen and living room, you can enjoy beautiful water views. The dining area seats six and is an ideal space for shared meals.

The primary suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, Roku-equipped smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. It also provides direct access to the lanai, where the washer and dryer are neatly tucked away. The guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed and walk-in closet, with a full guest bathroom offering a tub/shower combo. Starter essentials, linens, and beach towels are provided for convenience.

Community amenities include a heated pool just steps from the building, deeded beach access a short walk away, a private fishing pier, pickleball and tennis courts, bocce ball, a putting green, and scenic walking paths. A designated lot parking pass is included for closer beach access when available. Secure, climate-controlled ground-level entry and a luggage cart make arrivals and departures easy.
You'll be minutes from shops, restaurants, marinas, Lover's Key State Park, and picturesque walking routes—an ideal setting for a vacation or seasonal retreat.
