Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles (1 in the garage, 1 in the driveway). Please note that the driveway is steep.
No parties or gatherings, no smoking anywhere on the property, and no pets (not pet-friendly).
Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM
Primary renter must be 25 years of age or over and provide photo ID, credit card, and a signed rental agreement before check-in

Please note there is a detached studio on the property that is occupied and not included with this rental
