• Guest will receive the social clubhouse membership transfer form via Docusign via email before arrival. Membership transfer required.
• Golf is NOT an offered membership. There is a pay-to-play basis that can be arranged directly at the clubhouse.
• Membership includes access to the resort clubhouse amenities with additional cost for membership card paid upon arrival to HOA.
• Clubhouse membership transfer cost covered by the owner required for access to the clubhouse and amenities.
• Membership covers two adults in the same household address only. Children under 21 with same address included.
• Guests not in the same household may accompany member when using clubhouse.
• Additional Fees payable to HOA at clubhouse upon arrival for stay- $10 per person for the clubhouse access card. $25 for permanent barcode (not applicable for rental cars) for gate access.
  NOTICE: The office is closed Saturdays and Sundays. Amenity cards can be picked up Monday thru Friday from 1pm-4pm.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
