HOA and Clubhouse Access Information:

• Clubhouse membership transfer is $150 cost covered by the owner required for access to the clubhouse and amenities.
• Membership covers two adults in the same household address only. Children under 21 with same address included.
• Guests not in the same household may accompany member when using clubhouse.
• Additional Fees payable to HOA at clubhouse upon arrival for stay- $10 per person for the clubhouse access card. $25 for permanent barcode (not applicable for rental cars) for gate access.
• NOTICE: The office is closed Saturdays and Sundays. Amenity cards can be picked up Monday thru Friday from 1pm-4pm.
