• The pool faces West for beautiful sunset views off the lanai.
  Pool+Spa heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
  The Spa will not heat up without pool heat being paid for
  Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

• Bedrooms: (2) bedrooms have Smart TVs, and (1) has a standard TV with a Smart DVD player

• There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
• While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
