Pool Heater Charges and Information:

• Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month, PLUS TAX

• There is an additional $250 plus tax nonrefundable fee
• There is a two-dog limit
• Dog(s) must be disclosed, and the additional fee must be paid before arrival.

BBQ:

• There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use
• While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills
• Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store
• BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure, or an additional $56 fee will be charged

• No garage access/driveway parking only
• No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines
