Pull up to step into Sapphire's grand lobby and leave your worries behind! You will be greeted by the 24 hour front desk & concierge before you head up the high speed elevator to find this pristine condo on the 9th floor in the south tower with views of the SpaceX launchpad.
This space is ready to meet all of your families needs for a truly great vacation experience. Unit 907 has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a true open concept kitchen the flows into the living room drawing you to the sweeping view of the ocean & beach off your own private patio. The entire space has very high ceilings adding to an oversized feel you will enjoy.
The eat in dining area off the fully equipped kitchen is ready to go for easy family meal prep with all pots, pans, dishes, etc to create lifelong beach memories for you and your own.
Offering greater privacy than nearly any other beachfront luxury accommodations on South Padre Island, you will find that the master bedroom features a spacious king size bed with a large en suite full bathroom featuring a soaker jetted tub and stand alone shower with dual sinks. The huge walk in closet could honestly be it’s own bedroom it is so big!
The second bedroom is great for two additional adult couples or teens features two queen sized beds, while the third bedroom features a bunk bed with two full sized mattress kiddos will love as their bunkroom yet still roomy enough if an adult has to take a bottom bunk.
This Sapphire features a private, ocean front patio / balcony where you and your guests can enjoy the sights and sounds of the beautiful Gulf or enjoy a morning cup of java, plus a second exterior patio equipped with an electric built in BBQ grill stunning sunsets & even greater views of the Laguna Madre Bay waters, the Queen Isabella Causeway Bridge, or weekend fireworks seasonally from Louies Backyard you can privately view.
This property is located next to the Margaritaville resort but far nicer & more exclusive. Best location on South Padre Island on the south end close to the entertainment district. Walkable to Sea Ranch Fine Dining in marina, Russo’s Italian, Kohnami Sushi, Tropical smoothie cafe, & Johnny Rockets.
The space has a full sized washer & dryer though (we do not provide detergent/dryer sheets FYI). It is worth noting that we manage multiple luxury condos at Sapphire - inquire prior to booking if you wish to book more than one condo. Inquire about off season discounts, longer stay discounts, as well as active military & vet discounts.
We do provide coffee, creamer, and sweetener + decaf + tea - as well as a starter pack of hand soaps, dish soap, trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels new and starters of toilet paper, non stick cooking spray as well as Salt & Pepper - though not unlimited and not replenished. All fresh towels and linens are also provided.
Please note this kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all pots pans dishes to prepare affordable & more convenient home cooked meals. We operate as South Padre Island Trips the best property management company on the Island at 2600 Padre blvd and do answer phones 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have tried to install every possible thing a family could want to the best of our ability to make this a great place to enjoy this house close to the beach.
Don't forget - beach gear (I don't provide as so messy) You can reserve beach chairs/umbrellas and/or a poolside cabana at an additional charge thru Sapphire’s front desk & concierge services.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that - it is not a reason for a cancel, refund, nor reimbursement. Please arrive prepared with an enabled hotpot on your cellular device if you have critical work to complete. The Smart TVS you can watch using whatever your favorite app is – we do not provide cable TV.
We require to maintain our City of South Padre Rental License a signed rental agreement you must esign prior to arrival to be checked in therefore you must provide your email address.
Sapphire has additional required documents to check in which we provide to you via docusign and are 100% required to check in. Refusal to sign the rental agreement, provide a valid photo ID and/or complete the Docusign sapphire guest information prior to check in is not a reason for a refund. An electronic key card is required enter the property which you will receive after the primary guest shows their ID at front desk.
For two & 3 bedrooms, 2 vehicles will be issued permits & there is both covered garage as well as surface parking. A golf cart is considered a vehicle. Additional free parking is available along Gulf Blvd a City street though not guaranteed and not very close.
We provide a queen sized airbed with pump as well as there is a full sized couch (please bring bedding if you plan on using). Unauthorized / non registered guests are NOT allowed. A baby and/or infant is considered a person in the State of Texas and included in total allowed maximum guests. Get togethers NOT allowed nor unregistered guests in pool area. Animals of ANY kind are prohibited at this property. Guests with service animals need to contact us for alternative accommodations as this property HOA prohibits them completely.
Loud noises are NEVER permitted including music. Complex quiet time is 9 pm to 9 am. Pool is open 9 am to 9:00 pm including outdoor hot tubs (if applicable) BBQing on property is not allowed unless otherwise) This is a non smoking property including in unit, patio, and common areas like pool. Please - we re state read all house rules prior to booking & arrival so you have a great experience! The daily resort fee fol approx $57 IS INCLUDED in your grand total - however, for our monthly guests of 30 days or more this fee is manually reduced to a flat $250 charge AFTER you book. Our Short Term Rental License from the City of South Padre Island is available upon request – simply ask.
