This airy chic zen condo is one block from the famous Lincoln Road. Where you can enjoy all the shopping and eating your heart desires. If you decide to leave your car parked in a designated parking space; residential parking permits can be acquired for $50 per day or more depending on the season. (This is parking on premises). Kindly send an inquiry for more details. Longer stays would receive a discount. You can take a stroll, the beach is only 10 minutes away!

Other things to note:

• Laundry: The laundry room is behind the elevator room at the ground floor. The biggest key on the lanyard will grant you access to the laundry.
• PARKING: If you would like to purchase a residential parking pass please contact us. Price is $50 per 24hr day depending on time of year. Holiday parking is $70.00 per 24hrs.
• GARBAGE: Due to the warm tropical weather, bugs can get into the apartment, please TAKE OUT garbage regularly, as leaving it in the apartment can cause ants or roaches to appear. Garbage chute is down the hall to the left on your left next to the laundry room.
• BEACH CHAIRS AND UMBRELLA: A rental fee of $35.00 for an umbrella and $25.00 for a pair of beach chairs for a total of $60. This fee is good for the duration of your stay. Please inquire before check-in to have your beach essentials ready for your stay. Will not be possible after check-in.
