Other things to note:

• LAUNDRY: The washer/dryer is located by the garbage chute, turn left outside apartment and down the hall. Cost is $1.50 per load.
• PARKING: If you would like to purchase a residential parking pass please contact us. Price is $50 per 24hr day depending on time of year. Holiday parking is $70.00 per 24hrs.
• GARBAGE: Due to the warm tropical weather, bugs can get into apartment, please TAKE OUT garbage regularly, as leaving it in the apartment can cause ants or roaches to appear. Garbage chute is down the hall to the left on your left next to the laundry room.
• BEACH CHAIRS AND UMBRELLA: There's a rental fee of $35.00 for umbrella and $25.00 for a pair of beach chairs for a total of $60. This fee is good for the duration of your stay. Please inquire before check in to have your beach essentials ready for your stay. Will not be possible after check in.
