• Bedroom 3: Bunk Room: Two twin-over-full bunks + TV

A second full bath and a stackable washer/dryer complete the main home amenities.

COTTAGE:
Connected via the deck, the cottage offers a private retreat with a living room, reclining sofas, kitchenette, full bathroom, and two bedrooms: one king, one queen.

GARAGE STUDIO - ground level:
A cozy studio-style suite with a queen bed, open shower and vanity, private toilet area, and mini fridge—perfect for extra privacy.

FOR WEEKLY RENTALS, ARRIVAL DAYS ARE: MONDAY OR FRIDAY (depending on reservations already in place).

10-20% INCREASE APPLIED TO RATES FOR ALL HOLIDAYS, SPRING BREAK AND CERTAIN EVENTS.

This home works well with ALL DECKED OUT, CRYSTAL BREEZE, COCONUTZ, JUST BEACHY, LA BELLA VIE, THIS IS WHAT I LIKE and ANCHOR HOUSE.

Even when provided/available, Internet Access/Dish/Cellular service can be unreliable on The Bolivar Peninsula. We apologize, but Property Manager cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and cannot offer refunds for disruption of these services.
