• Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Myrtlewood Villas is designed for comfort and convenience, offering a relaxing space for up to 6 guests. The open-concept living area features modern furnishings, a sofa, a large flat-screen TV with cable, and access to your private balcony. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and blender. Enjoy meals at the dining table for four or grab a quick bite at the kitchen counter's barstools.

• The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed with access to a second bathroom, also equipped with a shower/tub combo. The living room sofa can be converted into a sleeper, providing additional sleeping space for two. For added convenience, the condo includes a washer/dryer combo, free Wi-Fi, and multiple TVs.

• As a guest at Myrtlewood Villas, you'll enjoy access to a range of resort amenities:
• Multiple outdoor pools, including a heated pool, plus an indoor pool complex and a children's pool.
• A fully equipped fitness center and outdoor sports facilities like shuffleboard, volleyball, and basketball courts.
• Tennis courts (some require separate reservations or fees), a lazy river, and a hot tub for relaxing.
• Beach access is just one mile away, with public access nearby.
• Several golf courses, including Myrtlewood Golf Club, are in close proximity.
• Note: Some amenities like boat rentals or golf tee times may require additional reservations or fees.

Interaction with Guests

• We are available to assist with any questions or needs during your stay via phone, email, or messaging. Check-in and check-out are made easy with a self check-in process through a smart lock.

Rental Agreement & Age Requirement

• Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. A signed rental agreement and a copy of your ID are required for booking confirmation. Local residents are not permitted to rent the condo to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the condo or on the balcony.

• Please be aware that all guests must be at least 25 years old to rent with us. Additionally, a signed rental agreement and a copy of your driver's license are required. We do not rent to locals in order to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests. If you are under 25 or a local, your reservation will be canceled.
