Please note, while the layout is consistent, decor and appliances may vary as each unit is individually owned.

• Booking Requirements: All guests must be at least 25 years old and sign our rental agreement with a copy of your ID. We do not rent to locals.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
• Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
• Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
