BEACH ACCESS: Walk over access only in subdivision. Use Clara Rd. for beach access by car or golf cart.

10-20% INCREASE APPLIED TO RATES FOR ALL HOLIDAYS, SPRING BREAK AND CERTAIN EVENTS.
