Back through the living area, the open kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, Keurig, and a ground coffee maker, making mealtime easy whether you're cooking for two or the whole crew. This property accommodates parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles. Property Manager manages individual rental units and is not responsible for any construction in neighboring units, surrounding areas, or on the beach. Following hurricanes Ian, Milton, and Helene, guests should anticipate ongoing construction throughout the island. This may include construction noise, nearby building projects, increased traffic, or beach restoration efforts. We want to ensure transparency—construction is beyond our control, and we will not be offering compensation or refunds due to these conditions.
