• Optional Pool Heat $35+tax per day (minimum of 5 days), temperature is set 85°F and 89°F.

• We require a minimum of 2 days notice in advance.

• The attached spa is not a jacuzzi. It will only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the similar temperature.

• All pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components, which automatically shut off if the outside temperature drops below 50°F (no refund is provide in this case)

• This is optional and may not be available at times.

• Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built-in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed.

• A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.

• If the grill is LOCKED UP then it is NOT to be used by guests as it is the home owner's personal grill.

• If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

• A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills.
• No matter your level of surfing experience, a team of experts is on site to help you enjoy the waves to the fullest with day and week passes available as well as hour-long private sessions for Groups of up to 8.
• Session should be scheduled 24 hours in advance. (fee is required for the FlowRider©).
• The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun.

• When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor.
