• Downstairs on the ground level, you'll find two additional guest bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower—ideal for families or kids.
• One of the bedrooms also includes a crib for added convenience.
• The home offers a cozy den with a large TV, a well-appointed kitchen.
• The fireplace is decorative only; There is a grill, outdoor shower, and a private dock overlooking the creek.
• This is a pet-friendly house. A non-refundable pet fee of $350 applies and is not included in the online pricing.

• Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails, bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate.
• DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination; it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks who enjoy the finest Lowcountry Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second homeowners.
• Come visit DeBordieu for a few days or a week, and you may decide to stay forever.

MAXIMUM CARS:

• The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 4.
• Car passes are $20 per car.
• Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times.
• The speed limit is 25 miles per hour.
• Be cautious and courteous, yielding to pedestrians, bikers, golfers, skaters, and wildlife.
• No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM

RESTRICTED VEHICLES:

• RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP:

• This home has a Sport Membership, which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis, and a champion Pete Dye golf course.
• A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day.
• These costs do not cover individual amenity fees, like green fees.
