Important Things To Know About The Home:
- The fireplace in the home is sealed and for decorative purposes only, so please do not attempt to use it.
- Bathrooms include a half bath in the downstairs guest room and two full bathrooms upstairs—a hallway bath with a shower/tub combination and a private en suite in the primary bedroom with a walk-in shower.
- Please note that the only showers are located upstairs.
- The upstairs layout features the primary bedroom with its en suite, a guest room with a queen bed, and a smaller guest room with two twin beds that's ideal for children.
- The downstairs guest room has its own half bath but no shower.
- In the summer months, the upstairs can be a few degrees warmer than the first floor due to the age of the home, but supplemental window AC units are provided for comfort.
