With a double-car garage and four designated parking spaces, there’s plenty of room for everyone. Please note, all bedrooms are located upstairs for added privacy.

Located just north of the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Pecan Valley, an up-and-coming resort-style community designed for adventure! Currently, in the early stages of a 400-unit build plan, Pecan Valley will offer access to a 2-acre water park featuring a surf pool, lazy river, slides, and more! In addition to the water park, guests will also be able to use a recreational facility planned to include a gym, rock climbing, and other features! This community is also perfectly situated for a short drive to Zion’s National Park, the city center or one of many Southern Utah outdoor experiences!
