  • This condo is dog friendly up to a 25 pound pet but the complex has breed restrictions. Rottweiler, German Sheppard's, Doberman Pinschers, American Pit Bull/Terrier, and any "aggressive" breed the on-site HOA does not allow. There is an additional $100 plus tax pet fee for a dog.
