It has a clubhouse with concierge services, fitness center, games room, pool with sunning decks, poolside Tiki bar, a children’s play area, and a fishing lake.

• We believe our lovely home is the perfect environment and location for a magical holiday to Orlando. Highspeed internet is provided free of charge along with an in-unit washer and dryer. You'll also see a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals and enjoying family time.

PRIVATE POOL & SPA DETAILS:

• This property is equipped with the pool heater, It can be added to your reservation for an extra fee.
• The request needs to be made 72hrs prior to the date you want it to start. For units with Pool & Spa (Little pool attached to the main pool), please note that the water system is the same for both - they're connected, and the water circulates between them. Also, keep in mind that the Pool´s Spa is not a Hot Tub.

Please note:

• This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each bathroom shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to be purchased by guests per their individual needs.
