• This unit includes a queen size bed (sleeps 2), sofa bed (sleeps 1), seating area with two side chairs and a small table. On the other side of the sofa is a small dining area with table and two chairs.

• This unit includes a full bath with single sink vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combo.

OUTDOOR AREAS

• This home includes a private Juliet lanai overlooking the "city" of Waikiki, the Ala Wai canal, and the beautiful valleys on the other side of the canal.

• The Royal Garden building offers amenities such as a pool, sunbathing area, sauna, BBQ area, fitness center, and free washers and dryers. Building has security, elevators and an attached, secured garage.

PARKING

• This home does NOT come with parking. The Royal Garden building has in and out valet parking available for approximately $50/day. Please note parking is managed separately by the building and is subject to change at any time.

• A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A $150 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
