• Amenities at Pinnacle Port condos include an indoor/outdoor pool with an elevated sun deck overlooking the beach. A second outdoor pool is located at the opposite end of the resort between the sports lawn and tennis courts. Four tennis courts are lighted for night play, while the sports lawn includes shuffleboard courts, bocce ball courts, horseshoes, and basketball. There's also a sandy playground where kids can swing, slide, and climb to their hearts' content. An adjacent grilling area offers charcoal grills and covered picnic tables.

• **There is a $30 parking fee this is NOT included in the cost of your reservation. We preregister you and then you are responsible for opening the link in the email from Pinnacle port to pay your fee and finish the registration process.

• Check in is at 4:00pm (central time) / Check out is at 10:00am (central time)
  Registered guests occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
  Registered guests must complete the rental agreement, which requires a credit/debit card to be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
