• Primary Suite: Lofted king bedroom with attached office and private bathroom.
• Basement Level: Queen bedroom with its own bath, a cozy TV lounge with oversized sectional, and walkout access to the yard.
• Living Areas: TVs in the main living room, basement, and upstairs for flexible entertainment.
• Kitchen and Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, breakfast nook, and bar seating. Outdoor dining for four on the deck.
• Fitness Room: Treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, and weight bench.
• Covered Parking: Two-stall attached garage for secure parking.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The expansive wraparound deck is a true highlight, offering a propane fire pit, grill, and both lounge and dining spaces. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning coffee, taking in the valley views, or winding down after a long day, the outdoor areas are designed for comfort and relaxation. There are also two full-sized tennis courts and an outdoor pool on-site for your use.
