• Surf Riders 4 is a combination of both duplex units featuring 3 bedroom downstairs and 1 bedroom upstairs to accommodate 8 guests in total. There is no internal staircase. The upstairs is accessed by the external staircase leading up the front entrance door. Enjoy the convenience of having ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom.

• Downstairs has an open floor plan streamlines the living area, kitchen, and dining room. There is plenty of seating in the large living room with its large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The beautiful, high-end kitchen is suited for all levels of chefs. It is stocked with everything you will need for light lunch or to prepare your catch of the day! There is an eat-in kitchen island and a dining room table for the whole family. Relax with a good book or enjoy a family night with plenty of board games available. A second queen ensuite bedroom is on the other side of the house for a convenient split layout.

Enjoy the pool 30x10' and spa with heating in the backyard! There is a $150 pool heat fee per week in addition. Stroll to the beach and soak up the sun! Return, freshen up and explore Holmes Beach for shopping or eating out, enjoy the sunset with cocktail in hand. Surf Riders 4 has four driveway parking spots. This property welcomes weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Please inquire for any other dates. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
