Fall of 2025: The Milestone repairs at Pointe Santo will be conducted beneath the buildings, primarily involving concrete column restoration, with some additional work potentially required on the underside of ground floor slabs. These activities will take place in Buildings A, B, C, and D, with Building A requiring the most attention and Building D the least. As is common with projects of this scale, it is challenging to precisely estimate noise levels or exact timelines at each building. Building A will be addressed first and then they will move through buildings, ending in D. According to the contract, substantial completion is expected within 90 days of project commencement, with liquidated damages stipulated for delays. We anticipate timely, if not early, completion. We will inform the contractor that work activities should not begin before 8:00 AM, Monday through Saturday, and must conclude no later than approximately 5:00 PM. Mobilization and demobilization may occur outside of these hours, with minimal noise.
