About the Space
Make some beach memories with your family. You simply cannot get closer to the surf & water’s edge than Inverness. Welcome to our newly remodeled Inverness 2 bedrooms / 2 full bath condo - arguably the nicest in this Complex – a family-friendly beachfront resort on South Padre Island with covered garage parking (nearly impossible to find), a unique 3rd floor pool that overlooks the beach & sea on the south side of the building, as well as heated jacuzzi on the north side. Current bedding is a queen in the master, pull out couch in living room, and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom, a pull out couch in the living room (full sized) plus a queen sized airbed & pump we provide. Please bring additional bedding if you plan on using airbed or pullout couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots, pans, dishes, etc to cook in the condo efficiently & more conveniently than always eating out. There is a friendly front desk staffed during the day, elevator, and this property is walking distance to:

• Kelly’s Irish Pub & the infamous Coral Reef for Karaoke

Please understand that this property has older common areas such as pool area and is not brand new nor very modern. Beach lovers will not notice. Also this property does not allow for BBQ grills - though can do charcoal in the sand on the beach as that is allowed if you so desire. Gated, covered parking (1 spot included) Additional parking available outside on first come/first come basis or along Gulf Blvd as City owned streets. Unbeatable access to the Beach – Comfort & Convenience cannot get closer! We offer contactless check in 24 hours a day. Planning a night out? You’ll have a hairdryer as well as iron & ironing board. Plus, enjoy free Wi-Fi in every room, and smart TVs. Relax, recharge, and feel right at home! Fresh Towels & bed linens are provided, as well as a starter pack of soaps and trash bags though it is not unlimited nor resupplied so please plan accordingly. We do have coffee, filters, creamer, sweetener, tea, non stick cooking spray and Salt/Pepper all in the condo too. For stays longer than 3 nights, you can exchange towels and linens for free at our office, South Padre Trips, at 2600 Padre Blvd. Please read and agree to all house rules before booking. Inverness is a beachfront complex with an elevator. Sorry, we do not allow pets. Our property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd, open 9 am to 5 pm, 7 days a week if you need assistance. Additionally, wifi on the Island can be far from perfect as Spectrum is the sole provider. We do not guarantee up time nor speed - please have a hot spot on your cell if extremely important work is to be done. Parking is free. Please note a golf cart is considered a vehicle. During March and Easter, a condo/security wristband and use is required though any other time of year there is no charge. Our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years of age or older and present at check-in. If you are NOT 25 years of age you MUST contact us prior to booking as there are additional damage/security deposit requirements if you are not 25 for us to comply with property rules. We do offer off season discounts as well as active military, Vet, and tackle football coach discounts. Inquire - we would be happy to assist and host you! Please note we require an e-sign rental agreement This is necessary to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License. You may e-sign the rental agreement via E sign prior to arrival to receive your door code. Please provide your email address and attach a photo of your ID to verify your age. An electronic door code is provided to enter the property via text message to the cell phone number on file by 3 pm on day of check in. We do not provide door codes earlier as we cannot have guests attempting to park nor slowing down maid service of course. If you need a somewhat earlier check in, contact our office on day of check in around 1 pm and we can check for you. Loud noises are NEVER permitted including music. Complex quiet time is 10 pm to 9 am. No Smoking * No Parties * No Exceptions. Check in is 3 pm. Check out is 11 a.m. Our short term City of South Padre Rental License can be provided upon request.
