Enjoy views of the palm tree dotted Ala Wai and lush mountains from our 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment at the Waikiki Lanais building. This property features a full kitchen, breakfast bar, dishwasher, dining area, and private lanai. Building amenities include a rooftop rec area, swimming pool, hot tub and spa, as well as a common paid laundry. This unit also offers one assigned parking stall, AC, wifi, and cable. Located right off Kuhio Ave., our guests are steps away from all Waikiki has to offer, including plentiful restaurants, shops, nightlife, and activities.

This apartment is a 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed (sleeps 2), queen size sofa bed (sleeps 2), full kitchen, dining for 4, private lanai, and 1 bathroom with a stand-up shower. Sleeps 4 guests and is located on the 20th floor. Elevators are available.

*Please note that this is a 30-day minimum rental, no switching of guests is allowed. Strict no smoking and no pet policy. Also IMPORTANT TO NOTE before booking: SageWater in-unit construction for the entire building is starting 1/5/26. Expect construction noise, M-F 8am-5:30pm, until further notice. This home includes one assigned, covered parking stall.

The Waikiki Lanais building offers easy access to the best of Waikiki, including the newly built International Market Place and Duke’s Lane.
