5. Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 8 AM, guests are kindly asked to avoid creating any noise or disturbances that may disrupt the peace of the neighborhood.
6. Responsible Guest: The primary renter must be 21 years or older and provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in.
