Welcome to Golden Peak Cabin, a beautifully renovated lakefront retreat in Pine Mountain Lake. Nestled in a quiet and peaceful setting, this three-level home offers stunning lake views, a private dock, and modern amenities for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

• TVs in Master Bedroom and Bedroom 1
• Washer/Dryer (located downstairs)

• Outdoor patio, dining area, and BBQ grill (propane tank required)
• Private dock with deep water access (Note: 100 stairs down to the dock)
• Kayaks included for guest use

The kitchen is fully equipped with:

• Cookware, utensils, and dining table seating

• Open Loft (Upper Level): Two Queen beds
  The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests in beds.

• Full Bathroom (Main Floor): Shower/Tub Combo, His & Her Sinks, Hair Dryer
• Full Bathroom (Downstairs): Standalone Shower

BOATS & WATER ACTIVITIES

• Guests have access to kayaks to enjoy the lake. Life jackets are required and provided.
• Private dock with deep water access
• Expansive lake views from all levels
• Swimming permitted up to 30 feet from the dock (per Pine Mountain Lake regulations)

IMPORTANT POLICIES & HOUSE RULES

• No pets allowed.
• No smoking, candles, outdoor fires, firearms, or fireworks permitted on the property.
• Propane for the gas BBQ is not provided. Guests may preorder a propane tank before arrival or purchase/exchange one at the local market.
• Golden Peak Cabin has multiple stairways, including 100 stairs leading to the dock.
• Guests must turn off A/C and lights upon checkout and place trash in the designated bin.

PARKING

• Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.

GATED COMMUNITY ACCESS PERMITS

• Pine Mountain Lake HOA requires a one-time access permit fee of $50 per vehicle to enter the gated community. This fee is non-refundable and paid directly to the HOA. Stays over 8 nights require additional fees.
