Easy access to all Carmel and Monterey Peninsula attractions, scenic drives to Big Sur and Pebble Beach®.

Live in comfort like a local and partake of any of a number of farmers markets, concerts and events around the area. This lovely home is well-equipped for longer stays.

Warm, colorful area rugs and wood floors along with comfortable furnishings and appointments make Birdsong feel restful and homey. The house has great flow and is oriented toward indoor-outdoor living. Vistas of the garden can be viewed from most windows and French doors lead to the garden.

Kitchen and Dining: The fully-equipped, freshly remodeled kitchen is perfect for creating meals to enjoy at home. Gleaming stainless steel appliances and solid countertops make this modern kitchen shine and the black and white checkered flooring lends a classic note and adds charm. The adjacent wooden dining table or the outdoor dining table are perfect spots to enjoy meals together or to gather for games and chats. Dining options in the area are plenty when the chef wants to take a night off from cooking duties.

The beautiful backyard garden beckons you to come outside. Multiple inviting seating areas are scattered throughout the private yard where you can step out to relax and listen to the songs of birds and the coastal breeze.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, large television and an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination. Bedroom #2 has a full/double bed. Bedroom #3 has a twin bed and a handsome writing desk positioned in front of a window. The full hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination. A convenient washer and dryer are conveniently located near the kitchen.

Parking for 1 vehicle in the driveway behind the house and a separate parking pad for 1-2 vehicles in front of the home near the street.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

A small cottage at the rear of the property is home to a long term resident. The back yard is very private and you'll hardly notice the cottage which just feels like any other neighboring home.

This vacation home is professionally managed by Property Manager. With over 15 years of property management experience, we strive to provide environments that nurture and inspire with all the comforts of home. Each home has beach towels, shower and bath amenities and spa-style robes. Our team is available 7 days a week to assist you. We look forward to hosting you!
