Fees:

• Pool and spa heat: $35/day (minimum 3 days, request 7 days prior to check-in).
• Cleaning fee applies to all stays. Mid-stay cleaning available for an additional fee.

Parking rules:

• There is a limited parking property address.
• Two vehicles are allowed to be parked in the driveway provided:
• Parked vehicles DO NOT block sidewalks. Parked vehicles DO NOT park on the streets or on the grass.
• Please note: the parking of RV's is prohibited in the community.

If guests cannot comply with the community access rules, they will not be allowed on property. Vehicles can/will be towed at the vehicle’s owner’s expense. If the issue escalates, guests can be trespassed by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and the property manager/owner will be notified.

House Rules:

4. No outside guest (visitors) without contacting Management
5. Driveway for 2 cars with extremely limited street parking.

By placing a reservation with Mid-Florida Home Management and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you, as the Guest, give permission to C & M Worldwide Holdings Inc. to use a third-party company, Safely, to screen your identity and check criminal databases in order to confirm your reservation. A guest screening process will be conducted, and further instructions will be provided to complete this step.
