Important things to know:

• Registered guests occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
• Registered guests occupying the condo must complete the rental agreement, which requires a credit or debit card to be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
• Absolutely no pets. The complex requires ALL service animals to be pre-approved before arrival. The complex will not accept emotional support animals as they are not considered service animals under Florida law protecting lodging establishments.
• Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Smoking or vaping in the condo will result in a $1000 fine.
