Shores of Panama 530 is a magnificent one-bedroom (plus bunk room) 5th-floor condo that boasts jaw-dropping beach vistas from your private gulf-facing balcony. With the sugar white sands DIRECTLY below you and one of the most desirable floors in the resort, unit 530 is an outstanding setting for your Panama City Beach vacation!

In addition to its unparalleled location, this vacation condo boasts an interior that's hard to beat. Sophisticated appointments and furnishings blend seamlessly with a casual beach vibe to create an atmosphere of Southern charm and cheerful appeal. The spacious master bedroom features extra-thick soft carpet, a queen-size bed with our signature soft linens, tons of closet space, and a private bathroom boasting a stunning tiled walk-in shower. Down the hall, bunk beds are tucked away adjacent to another full bathroom with a stand-up shower. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled, with brand new flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and lighting.

The open plan living room/kitchen and dining area is the true centerpiece of the condo and where you can easily relax and enjoy the company of family and friends. You'll love the exquisite polished flooring and the fully equipped, modern kitchen with granite countertops and every amenity of a home. Anything that you could possibly need for whipping up a lazy family brunch or a seafood supper is right here. The breakfast bar provides a great space for the kids to grab breakfast before heading out for a day of fun in the sun. The comfy living area offers a leather couch and matching loveseat, with plenty of seating for the whole gang to pile in and enjoy a movie or a football game on the show-stopping 65-inch TV. A tasteful dining area for four completes the layout. The living room also provides a sleeper sofa, which allows sleeping room for two on a full-sized bed with a brand new mattress.

Shores of Panama charges a parking/resort fee of $85.00. This is per stay, and not per person. This fee provides your parking pass plus wristbands for all guests in your party, giving you access to all the amenities, including private beach access, pools, hot tubs, and fitness center.

Guest access

• Condo 530 is located on the 5th floor.
• $85 registration fee on-site for 1 parking permit and 6 property wristbands. (No more than 1 permit is granted)
• *This condo is self-check-in but you will need to stop by the concierge to pay for and pick up your registration packet.
• The armbands give you access to the fitness center, heated indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor lagoon-style pool, and the beautiful white sandy beach on the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico.

Important things to know

• *Registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 or older.
• **Registered guest occupying the condo must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit or debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
• ***Absolutely no pets. The complex requires ALL service animals to be pre-approved prior to arrival. The complex will not accept emotional support animals as they are not considered service animals under Florida law protecting lodging establishments.
• ***Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Smoking or vaping in the condo will result in a $1000 fine.
