  • Air Conditioning: NO. Due to the mild high alpine climate, many properties are not equipped with air conditioning.

Age Requirements: Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent a property, and must reside in property for duration of reservation.

RULES:

  1. Respect for Neighbors
  • Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
  • Be mindful of parking and do not block driveways or access points.
  1. Maximum Occupancy
  • The property is limited to the number of guests stated on the listing. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval.
  1. No Parties or Events
  • Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing. Unauthorized events may result in immediate termination of your stay.
  1. No Smoking
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if available.
  1. Pets
  • Pets are only allowed in pet specified properties. Management must be notified if guest(s) are bringing pets. If not notified and if guest(s) brings a pet into a non specified pet friendly property, management reserves the right to charge guest a minimum $700 charge and management reserves the right to terminate guest stay (no refund will be issued).
  1. Cleanliness
  • Please care for the property. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
  • Notify us immediately of any spills or damages.
  1. Safety
  • Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment. (Fines will incur if safety devices are tampered with).
  • Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
  1. Use of Amenities
  • Use all amenities responsibly and report any malfunctions. [For properties with Hot Tub, always handle the lifter bar with care, contact management if you need further instructions.]
  1. Check-In and Check-Out
  • Check-in time is 4PM. Check-out time is 10AM.
  • Late check-outs may incur additional fees unless arranged in advance.
  1. Damages and Liability
  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Please report any issues promptly.
  1. Local Laws and Regulations
  • Guests must comply with all local laws and community guidelines.
