This home is a studio with a queen size bed (sleeps 2), full size sofa bed (sleeps 2), full kitchen, dining for 2, and full bath with shower. Sleeps 4 guests max, and is located on the 2nd floor. Elevators are available.

This home includes a full kitchen with brand-new appliances, including a range, dishwasher, medium size fridge/freezer, and microwave, as well as other useful appliances, such as a toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Dishes, cups, cutlery, and basic cookware are also provided.

The living area includes a mounted flatscreen tv, queen size bed (sleeps 2), full size sofa bed (sleeps 2), side chair that can fold out into a small day bed, dining nook for 2, and a small work area with desk & chair. Additional features include ceiling fan/light, mirror wall, and a wall-to-wall window with plantation shutters that looks out to a partial ocean view.

Full bath includes a single sink vanity with ample vanity space, double closet, retro glass block shower, and toilet.
