  • Anchor Eways is a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home tucked away on the canal side of Dauphin Island, offering safe, convenient boat access and a peaceful setting perfect for fishing enthusiasts and families alike. With canal-front bulkhead docking and just a 0.3-mile walk to the Gulf beach access at the end of St. Stephens Street, guests enjoy the best of both land and sea.

  • The home opens to a spacious common area, with the kitchen immediately to the left of the entrance. The fully equipped kitchen makes prepping meals a breeze, and the adjacent laundry room adds convenience for extended stays. The open living room offers ample seating and a cozy spot to unwind out of the sun. Guests can enjoy a movie night with the TV and DVD player or simply relax after a day on the water.

  • Step outside through the living room to the covered balcony, where you’ll find a large outdoor dining table, an extra bistro-style table, and a grill—perfect for evening cookouts overlooking the canal. Downstairs, guests can enjoy shaded seating, a picnic table, and even a swing for the kids. The bulkhead dock along the canal provides an ideal place to tie up your boat and launch a day of adventure into the Mississippi Sound.

  • With room to comfortably sleep 9, Anchor Eways is ideal for anglers, families, or anyone looking to enjoy the laid-back charm of Dauphin Island with the added perk of direct water access right in your backyard.

  • As with all of our Property Manager, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

  • House Rules:

    1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
    2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
    3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
    4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
    5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
    6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
    7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
    8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
    9. This home is pet-friendly with prior permission. Only dogs, must be approved by insurance policy - 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet plus tax.
