  • This home sleeps 4 guests in beds, with a maximum occupancy of 6. It is up to the renter to determine sleeping arrangements for guests 5 and 6.

  • Roku TV, reliable Wi-Fi, and a treadmill
  • Washer and dryer in unit
  • Comfortable climate control with a wall-mounted AC unit in the living room and a portable air conditioner in each bedroom, plus forced-air heating throughout

• Guests have access to all Pine Mountain Lake amenities, including a private lake with beaches and boating, an 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, hiking trails, horseback riding, and more.

• Community Access & Fees

  • The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with 24-hour security and exclusive access to resort-style amenities.
  • A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.
