Beach Grove

Welcome to Beach Grove, a beautiful oceanfront retreat designed by North Carolina architect Jim Willis. Nestled among mature live oaks, this cottage features an open floor plan with exposed cypress beams and offers three spacious bedrooms and two baths, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Step onto the expansive decks, shaded by a maritime forest canopy, and enjoy direct access to the beach. This serene, private setting is ideal for those seeking peace and a deep connection with nature.

• 1 King Bed
• 1 Queen Bed
• 2 Twin Beds

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment are not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen.

• Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance-free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag.
• Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
  Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be the guest's responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non-refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
