Welcome to The Saltbox! This beautiful ocean side home, located in Atlantic Beach, features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, with a warm beach cottage feel, rustic kitchen, and a large patio to view the sunsets.

• BED CONFIGURATIONS:

• WHAT IS PROVIDED:
  Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment are not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen.

  • Each kitchen starter kit will contain:
    • A small bottle of dish soap
    • Two dishwasher pods
    • Sponge
    • Two fragrance-free laundry pods
    • One extra trash bag
  • Each bathroom starter kit will contain:
    • Travel size shampoo
    • Conditioner
    • Body lotion
    • Makeup wipe
    • Body bar
      Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be the guest's responsibility to provide.

• PET POLICY:
  Dogs are allowed with a $100 + tax non-refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.

  • Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify the Property Manager once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
  • VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify the Property Manager to add the additional pet fee(s).
    Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
