Step into an open-concept living area featuring a cozy wood stove, a large sectional sofa, and a 50-inch TV—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The dining area flows onto a secluded deck, offering outdoor dining, a fire table, and a BBQ grill (propane not included but there is a tank that can be refilled at the local market).

Pine Mountain Lake HOA requires a one-time access permit fee of $50 per vehicle to enter the gated community. This fee is non-refundable and goes directly to PML HOA. A stay of eight or more nights will require additional fees, as per PMLA regulations.
