Welcome to Heavenly Tree House, an exquisite mountain retreat just one block from Heavenly Ski Resort. Blending elevated living with alpine elegance, this home showcases panoramic lake views, custom architecture, and hand-crafted woodwork and décor.

• Spacious enough for up to 8 guests, the home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a game room with a pool table. Relax on expansive decks overlooking Lake Tahoe, soak in one of the two jacuzzi bathtubs, or retreat to the master suite, complete with a two-person jacuzzi and a lake-view shower for the ultimate luxury experience.

• Guests enter through the main level, which includes the living room, kitchen, garage, and master suite with a king bed and private deck. The lower level provides access to three additional bedrooms and the backyard. Outside, enjoy the fenced yard and private hot tub, perfect for après-ski relaxation or starlit evenings.

• Located just steps from the Heavenly Base Lodge and only a 5-minute drive to beaches, shopping, and casinos, this retreat offers the best of both adventure and relaxation.

2. Max Occupancy: 8 guests (children under 13 do not count toward occupancy)
3. Parking: Maximum 4 vehicles (2 in garage, 2 in driveway). No street parking permitted.
4. Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM (strictly enforced)
5. Minimum Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 21 years of age or older with a valid photo ID, credit card, a signed rental agreement, and a signed VHR good neighbor contract.
6. House Rules: No pets, no smoking, no parties or events.
7. Compliance: Guests may be fined for noise violations or exceeding occupancy/parking limits.

Security Privacy
For the safety of our guests and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed. These cameras monitor outdoor areas only (entryways, driveway, and trash). They do not record any activity inside the home, ensuring complete privacy during your stay.

Winter Weather Note:
Please note that during winter weather conditions, driving restrictions may be enforced, requiring chains or a 4WD vehicle. Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related road conditions, including delays in arrival or early departures. We strongly recommend all guests consider purchasing trip insurance for added peace of mind.
