For the safety of our guests and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed. These cameras monitor outdoor areas only (entryways, driveway, and trash). They do not record any activity inside the home, ensuring complete privacy during your stay.

House Rules
VHR Permit: 332831
Max Occupancy: 6 guests (children under 13 do not count towards occupancy)
No pets, no smoking, no parties/events
Quiet Hours: 9 PM–8 AM (strictly enforced)
Primary renter must be 21 years of age or older with a valid ID, credit card & signed rental agreement and a signed VHR good neighbor contract
Compliance: Guests may be fined for noise violations or exceeding occupancy/parking limits.

Winter Note
Snow chains or 4WD may be required in storms. Refunds are not issued for weather-related travel issues; trip insurance is recommended.
