  • The first floor welcomes you with an open-concept living area featuring a cozy fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, and a TV, creating the perfect space to relax after a day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare meals and gather together. A full bathroom is also conveniently located on this level.

  • Upstairs, you will find two inviting bedrooms. The first offers a comfortable queen bed, while the second is ideal for families or groups, featuring a queen bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed, and an additional twin bed. A second full bathroom on this floor includes double sinks and a tub-shower combo, making it easy to accommodate everyone.

  • Space for 1 vehicle in the covered garage. To open the garage door you must pull the string that is hanging from the garage opener from the inside. There is a door to the right of the garage door to access the inside. Same process is needed to exit the garage. There are parking spaces outside that you can park in if the lot is full or if your vehicle is oversized. Any additional vehicles can park at the North Alpine Lot for a fee during the winter, summer is free.

  • A shared laundry facility is located past the garage door entrance in its own separate building closest to Ten Mile Parking Lot.

  • Welcome to our condo at Copper Mountain – hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

    • Heating: There are two thermostats upstairs and two downstairs. We find that the upstairs gets very hot at night and usually keep the upstairs ones off at night.
    • Fireplace: To turn on the fireplace, just turn the knob to the left. The pilot light is already lit. It takes about 5 seconds to fully light.
    • Sometimes, the front door doesn’t shut completely. Slam it to close.
    • TVs – All of the TV’s have access to Cable TV, Netflix, Amazon etc. You can sign in with your own logins. Switch between them with the “Input” button on the downstairs tv.
    • Internet: Ten Mile Haus – no password required
    • Ice skates and snow shoes are in the closet if you want to use them. There is a nice skating pond in Center village.
    • There are sleds in the closet too. There is a sledding hill a short walk to the East from the back of the condo. It’s right below the Pitchfork lift.
    • The easiest lift to access when heading out is the “American Eagle” (Blue) or “Pitchfork” (Green). You can get to either lift going to the back of the condo and heading left or right from there. You can also walk on the sidewalks into town.
    • We have also found that it is easiest to access the condo from the back when skiing home. You can just ski right up to the building by following “Frank’s Fave” run back. NO SMOKING
    • NO PETS Departure
    • Turn ALL thermostats COMPLETELY OFF, except for the one by the kitchen. Set that one to 55 degrees.
    • Turn off the fireplace but do not blow out the pilot light
    • Double check that the front door is locked. Sometimes it doesn’t shut all the way.
