• Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

• Please be aware that there is no fenced yard at this home. Pacific Grove is a dog friendly town and dogs should be leashed when walking around town. The dog friendly beaches like Asilomar Beach and Carmel Beach are within a short drive and there are dog friendly trails in Pacific Grove and surrounding areas.

• One off-street, dedicated parking space under a carport is provided. Parking is also available on the surrounding streets and guests should be aware of timing limitations on Lighthouse Avenue.

• This vacation home is professionally managed by Property Manager. With over 15 years of property management experience, we strive to provide environments that nurture and inspire with all the comforts of home.
