Our "Haven of Rest” is often used for groups needing an extended stay that's close to Duke, RDU, and RTP. With two entrances, this home away from home has a Master BR with a private bathroom as well as two more bedrooms, and a full bath. The large Living/Dining area has a gorgeous open floorplan, ideal for entertaining. The wide front porch overlooks a quiet neighborhood, and the oversized deck has a beautiful view of the backyard and the country setting. Small pets are allowed at $10/day.

Some people want to do photo shoots and you can get pricing to do commercial photography of the premises for your resale. You can message us for details!

Note: We have an Ring doorbell that only faces to the front porch area. This helps us to assist our guests if they ever have trouble using our smartlock. There is no recording that faces the inside of the home.
You will have full access to the entire property. You will receive a keypad code to come and go as you like!
You will want to have your own car as the nearest bus stop is a couple of miles away. Both Uber and Lyft are available.

Your onsite parking accommodates two cars, right next to the house.
