  • You will love the open floor plan with a private patio, off-street parking, and storage for bikes or sporting equipment. The home features all-new contemporary yet comfortable decor and furnishings, ensuring it feels like your own. The master suite provides privacy and comfort, while the washer and dryer, outdoor grill, spacious shaded fenced yard, and mature trees enhance your enjoyment of Colorado's beautiful weather.

  • As you enter the home through the courtyard gate, you'll step into the welcoming living room area, complete with a cozy fireplace and a large Smart TV. This living space seamlessly flows into an open dining room that comfortably seats six guests. The open kitchen, fully stocked and featuring brand-new appliances, offers the perfect setting for meal preparation and engaging conversation. Sliding glass doors from the kitchen lead to a covered outdoor living area, furnished with comfortable seating and a propane grill. The private fence ensures a peaceful outdoor experience.

  • From the living room, a hallway leads to the master suite. At the opposite end of this hallway, you'll find a secondary bathroom and bedroom. The master suite boasts a king bed and ample space for reading and relaxation. The master bathroom is a full bath with a shower and a single sink. Down the hall to the right is another full bathroom, equipped with a bathtub. The secondary bedroom features a king bed and an oversized walk-in closet. Additional storage is available in the garage, which is accessible through the courtyard. You'll thoroughly enjoy this allergy-friendly space!

    • Parking-parking limited to 3 vehicles, one in the garage and two in the driveway
    • Trash-keep garbage and trash in containers provided, all trash must be placed in bags prior to placing in the outdoor garbage container
    • Smoking-no smoking of any tobacco or marijuana inside the home
    • Departure Requirement-checkout time is 10am, prior to leaving please load and run dishwasher, close and lock all doors and windows, no need to make beds, place used towels on the bathroom floor, check all drawers and closets for personal items, return furniture to original location, turn off all interior and exterior lights, gas BBQ, etc, throw out all food in refrigerator, take out all trash and place in trash container.
